We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative, supervisory, and communication skills, with experience in office management, bookkeeping, and vendor relations. Duties: Manage day-to-day office operations, including front desk responsibilities and multi-line phone systems Oversee calendar management and schedule appointments for staff and executives Supervise administrative staff, providing training and development opportunities Coordinate event planning for company meetings, trainings, and special events Handle bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, filing, and maintaining financial records using QuickBooks Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes to ensure timely delivery of supplies and services Oversee human resources functions including payroll processing, employee records management, and onboarding procedures Assist with budgeting activities and monitor office expenses to ensure fiscal responsibility Maintain organized filing systems both physically and digitally for easy access to documents Ensure effective communication within the team through clear phone etiquette and professional correspondence Requirements: Proven experience in office management or administrative roles, preferably in medical or professional office settings Supervising experience with team management skills Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking ability Proficiency in QuickBooks, calendar management tools, and multi-line phone systems Experience in event planning, vendor management, payroll processing, budgeting, bookkeeping, and human resources functions Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—and professional phone etiquette Ability to handle clerical tasks such as filing and front desk operations efficiently Demonstrated ability to train staff and support team development initiatives Prior experience in medical office management is a plus but not required
