**Job Title: Branch/Warehouse Manager** **Job Description** We are seeking a dynamic Branch Manager to oversee the management of our warehouse and sales operations. This role is crucial in driving business results and ensuring customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities** + Directly manage the Huntsville, AL Warehouse and Distribution Center. + Lead and coach branch associates to increase internal and external customer satisfaction and improve branch Return on Sales. + Provide operations and logistics support for market growth and expansion opportunities. + Oversee Inside Sales, ensuring all quotes and orders are fulfilled promptly. + Maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and manufacturer representatives. + Provide exceptional customer service by tracking order statuses and meeting customer requirements. + Ensure close collaboration and communication with company resources, including procurement, accounting, outside sales, and product specialists. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in Reporting and Microsoft Office. + Experience in Account Management and Customer Service. + Knowledge of Sales and Sales Support. + Warehouse Management expertise. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree from a four-year university strongly preferred. + Minimum of 3+ years in the distribution industry, preferably in operations management. + Experience in the Pipe, Valves, Fittings (PVF) industry is strongly preferred. + Adept with computers, ideally with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and/or CRM experience. + Solar Eclipse experience is heavily preferred. **Why Work Here?** We offer competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and short-term disability coverage paid by the company. The ideal candidate should live within a reasonable distance from the branch location. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Huntsville, Alabama. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
