Job Description

FII USA, Inc., a Foxconn Technology Group Company, is seeking a Technical Recruiter to source, recruit, and hire top technical talent with a primary focus on Engineers and Technician level employees. Once a part of the team, you will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks within the Talent Acquisition Department in an office and production-support environment and have the opportunity to display strong recruiting and relationship-building skills to expand your career in Smart Manufacturing.

The Technical Recruiter will partner with hiring managers, develop sourcing strategies, and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles, while supporting the Talent Acquisition Department as needed.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Test and Repair Technicians and other technical roles, from job posting to offer acceptance.
  • Partner with hiring managers and department leaders to define role requirements, competencies, and hiring needs.
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Screen and interview candidates to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and candidate communication to ensure a smooth process.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified technical candidates for high-volume and recurring hiring needs.
  • Attend job fairs, technical school recruiting events, and industry networking sessions to promote career opportunities.
  • Collaborate with HR and onboarding teams to ensure a seamless candidate-to-employee transition.
  • Track and report recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline activity, and hiring trends.
  • Maintain compliance with internal policies and all applicable employment regulations.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for FII USA, promoting opportunities and technical career growth.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience required.
  • Prior experience recruiting for technical, manufacturing, or skilled trades roles (especially Test and Repair Technicians) required.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and recruitment tools (job boards, social platforms, ATS).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ATS/HRIS systems preferred.
