Location: Hopkins, MN (or surrounding area)
Job Type: Full-Time, School-Based
Compensation: $1,875 – $2,025 per week

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Specialized Instructional Coach - Special Education - to support teachers and staff in enhancing instructional practices and improving student outcomes. This role works directly with educators to model effective strategies, provide ongoing professional development, and support special education curriculum implementation within a collaborative school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide instructional coaching to teachers through modeling, co-teaching, and feedback cycles.
• Analyze student data to support effective instructional decisions.
• Assist with special education curriculum planning and implementation.
• Lead professional development sessions and training workshops.
• Collaborate with school leaders to support instructional goals and improvement plans.
• Support a positive, inclusive learning environment for all students.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Education or related field preferred.
• Valid Special Education teaching license required.
• Experience in instructional coaching, curriculum development, or teacher leadership.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to support teachers across grade levels and content areas.
