This team is tasked with developing and executing the go-to-market strategy for Samsung Health in the US market. This includes service planning, value proposition definition, situation analysis, creating business cases, driving go-to-market plans, service product marketing, and leading cross-functional teams to execute those plans.The Senior Manager, Product Marketing of Samsung Health will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive awareness, user acquisition, engagement, and retention for Samsung’s health app & services. This role will focus on positioning, digital campaigns, co-marketing partnerships, and data-driven marketing initiatives with the goal of establishing Samsung Health as a leading digital health and wellness platform.This position requires a blend of analytical skills, strategic thinking, and organizational influence. Key success factors in this role include creative skills in various marketing planning and campaigns, attention to detail, statistics/finance acumen, enthusiasm, a self-starter attitude, practicality, agility, collaboration and communication. This position will have significant interaction and work collaboratively with the Samsung MX integrated marketing, external agencies, retail, finance, legal, and frequently interact with Senior Leaders within and outside the organization.Role & ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Campaign ManagementDevelop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase the visibility and adoption of Samsung health initiativesLead multi-channel marketing campaigns (i.e., digital, social, influencer marketing, PR, in-app promotions) to drive user growthCollaborate with other product categories and contribute to integrated marketing efforts within the MX businessLead agency partnerships to deliver the best-in-class creative and flawless execution across multi-channel marketing and collaborate closely with integrated marketing strategiesUser Acquisition & EngagementDevelop user acquisition strategies with product managers through paid and organic channels, including ASO, paid media, event marketing and influencer marketingOptimize CRM, push notification, and email marketing to enhance user retention and engagementLeverage growth marketing tactics such as referral programs, EPP, and community engagementPerformance Analysis & OptimizationDefine and track key KPIs with product managers along with marketing KPIs (i.e., conversion rates, churn, CTA/CTR, etc.)Measure and understand campaign effectivenessCreate market and user insights through campaigns and optimize/shift the strategies to fit the best path forwardCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with cross-functional teams and other subsidiaries (US R&D, Health B2B), sales/account teams and Korea sales team to ensure marketing alignment with product developmentCollaborate and lead PR, social media and content creation teams to amplify Samsung’s health initiatives in the health space with partners, and against competitorsPartnership and Ecosystem MarketingWork with Samsung’s multiple product categories and its members to develop integrated marketing strategiesDevelop co-marketing initiatives with health and fitness partners, accessories manufacturers, and potentially service providersCollaborate with healthcare institutions and corporate wellness programs to expand the platform’s reachMinimum QualificationsBachelor degree in marketing, business administration, communication, digital marketing or related fields8+ years of experience in marketing, app marketing, and performance marketingExcellent communication skills both oral and writtenStrategic thinking and problem-solving skillsCreativity and storytellingNegotiation and influencing skillsStrong analytical skillsAbility to navigate in a fast-paced, global organization and collaborate with cross-functional teamsPreferred Qualifications:Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) in marketing, business, or a related fields preferred10+ years years of experience in marketing, app marketing, and performance marketingExperience in health tech, wellness, or consumer mobile application is preferred
