As a Client Education Specialist, you will help clients understand the long-term value and structure of personalized coverage options. Your responsibilities include conducting virtual educational sessions, walking clients through available solutions, collecting information, documenting interactions, and ensuring clients feel supported throughout the process. You’ll be expected to maintain professionalism, deliver clear explanations, manage follow-ups, and prioritize each client’s goals.
