Job Description

We are looking for the right individual to join a reputable and family owned and focused Highway and Bridges business in Ohio. They have consistent work always. They do quality work, and their clients experience a high level of satisfaction because of that. The work environment is top notch and they are offering steady year-round work. They will pay a relocation fee for the right experienced candidate.
Experience:

5+yrs Experience Asphalt Paving in a supervisory role
Experience in Heavy Highway, Concrete and Asphalt Construction
DOT and Government experience preferred
Oversee/ relate professionally with crews, subs, and inspectors
Must keep crews accountable for Quality and Safety
Needs to be an organized self-starter and problem solver
