  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of specifications, addendums, and cut-sheet binders.
  • Understand and accurately execute both verbal and written instructions.
  • Monitor, coordinate, and ensure compliance with Division of State Architect requirements and deadlines.
  • Contribute to maintaining and updating project procedures for the studio.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience in a professional services office environment is preferred.
The Like-to-Haves (Not Required)
  • Familiarity with project management software like Newforma, Procore, and Bluebeam.
  • Experience in the A/E/C industry.
  • Experience working on Education projects.
Salary range: $54,300-$71,300. Compensation DOE.

Studies have shown that underrepresented individuals like women; LGBTQIA+; and BIPOC, among others, are less likely to apply for jobs unless they believe they meet every single one of the qualifications in a job description or posting. Because we are committed to building a diverse and inclusive organization, we understand the best candidate may come from a non-traditional background to our field of work. We strongly encourage you to apply, even if you don't believe you meet every one of the qualifications described above. Diversity makes us better.
