Your Responsibilities:
As a Multifamily Painter, you'll prepare and paint interior surfaces across our communities, ensuring a clean, consistent, and professional finish in every unit. You'll handle everything from drywall repair and surface prep to color matching and applying finishes with brushes, rollers, or sprayers. Protecting surrounding areas, maintaining your tools, and keeping a tidy workspace are all part of the job. When needed, you'll also assist with general make-ready tasks to help keep our apartment homes move-in ready.
