Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work  ON-SITE with our client in Deerfield Beach, FL.  Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

• Responsible for operating and maintaining computer numerical control (CNC) and manual lathes and mills to cut, shape, and finish materials, mostly metal. 
• They will program machines, select appropriate tools, and ensure the precision of the final product.
• Additional responsibilities include setting up machines, writing and testing programs, making adjustments, performing maintenance, and troubleshooting issues.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $27.00 -$32.00/ hour

Hours: 40 hours/ week

Length: Temp to Perm.

Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 5 years of direct industry experience running either lathes or mills, both CNC and manual. Must have CNC grinding experience.
• 5 years of experience with CNC machinery, tooling, CAD/CAM software, and precision measurement instruments.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

• Associate Degree.
• Technical Skills.
• Problem-Solving- Ability to diagnose and resolve machining issues. 
• Mathematical Skills- Ability to interpret blueprints and perform calculations related to dimensions and tolerances. 
• Mechanical Aptitude- Understanding of machine mechanics and how to troubleshoot problems. 
• Attention to Detail- Ensuring precision and accuracy in all tasks.

Additional Information:

• Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
• Able to support overtime on weekdays or weekends as needed to support business needs.
• Able to lift and move up to 25 lbs. and sit and stand for long periods.
