For project of diverse scope and complexity
Serves as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization to provide product and user experience solutions to meet the business needs
Develops high level business requirements and translates them into functional specifications for the IT organization and manages changes to such specifications
Prepares requirements, specifications, business process and recommendations
Uses skills as a seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of industry practices and company policies and procedures
Resolves a wide range of issues in innovative and practical ways
Strong knowledge of product management best practices, functional design and application delivery methodology
Understands basic project management methodology
Customer focused with high quality standards
Demonstrates strong interpersonal, business communication and writing skills
Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors
Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise
Strong decision making capabilities will result in meeting schedules and/or functional goals of department/unit
Frequently interacts with customers, and/or functional peer group IC'S/managers, normally involving matters between department and other functional areas or internal customers
Regularly participates in a cooperative effort among members of a project team
May receive some instruction on day to day work, but receives general instructions on new assignments and areas of higher complexity

Required Skills : 5 years of product management in a retail technology organization Strong understanding of modern retail technology stack, including: Point-of-Sale (POS) Systems: Knowledge of how loyalty programs integrate with and function at the point of sale, both in-store and online. eCommerce Platforms: Experience with major eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento) and how loyalty features are built and maintained within them. Inventory and Order Management Systems (OMS): Understanding how customer rewards and loyalty tiers are affected by inventory levels and order fulfillment. In-Store Technology: Familiarity with mobile apps, digital kiosks, and other technologies that enhance the in-store customer journey and loyalty experience. CRM & Loyalty Platforms: Expertise in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is a must. You should be familiar with how to use these platforms to segment customers, track their behavior, and manage loyalty programs. Proficiency with tools like SQL, Tableau, or other analytics software to analyze vast datasets, including customer purchase history, engagement metrics, and channel-specific behavior (e.g., in-app vs. web purchases). Financial Modeling: Experience creating financial projections, assessing potential ROI, and managing budgets API Integrations: Good understanding of how APIs connect different retail systems (e.g., POS, eCommerce, loyalty engine) to ensure a seamless, omnichannel customer experience. Experience in ecommerce domain, supporting customer loyalty programs Able to think strategically to develop a long-term vision & roadmap for the loyalty program that aligns with overall business goals Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are required. You'll need to clearly articulate product strategies to a diverse range of stakeholders, including senior leadership, engineering, marketing, and sales teams.
