You are a landscape architect with 5+ years of experience designing outdoor living spaces and landscape plans for homeowners in the Carolinas. You're detail-oriented, friendly, and a team player with the ability to communicate clearly with homeowners and team members.
Create compelling landscape and hardscape site plans, lighting plans, drainage plans, and planting layouts for residential properties.
Verify or complete site surveys for property measurements and elevations.
Prepare and calculate material takeoffs for estimating purposes.
Collaborate with sales and project teams to engage with customers, develop ideas, and answer questions.
Bachelorâs degree in Landscape Architecture.
5+ years of experience in residential landscape architecture and design.
Design experience with landscape, hardscape, pools, outdoor kitchens, fire and water features, and carpentry.
Knowledge of hardscaping, horticulture, grading, and drainage for the Charlotte, NC market.
Track record of excellent communication, organization, and decision-making .
Humility and a willingness to learn and grow.

Proficiency with tools such as SketchUp, Lumion, CAD , or similar software.
Valid driverâs license .
Professional registration as a Landscape Architect/Designer (preferred).
Experience with Buildertrend construction management software .
Familiarity with HubSpot customer management tools .
