Provide expert advice and legal counsel to clients throughout the organization on a variety of regulatory law matters, with a focus on environmental, health and safety laws including those relating to hazardous site remediation, clean water, air pollution, catastrophe prevention, and risk management. Primary clients include EH&S, Regulatory Affairs, and Quality. Provide day to day legal advice and oversight to a variety of constituents including management, customers, and governmental officials on a range of EH&S matters. Understand and be able to translate into plain English the legal ramifications of varied legal and regulatory risks.
