Talis Group’s company client is hiring a Senior Corporate Paralegal to join their team in the Louisville office. The qualified candidate will have experience with corporate governance and general corporate law matters, with real estate and contract law experience a plus. The position will report to Vice President of the company. This position is full-time on site with a full-benefits package. Salary is $70,000-$90,000.
