Our client, a leader in corporate restructuring, is seeking an RSS Consultant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to quickly learn new software, which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Hybrid Legal Assistant **Location: Remote (Preferably in the Los Angeles area - must be in Pacific Time Zone)** **Pay Range: $23.00hr to $25.00hr (depending on experience)** **What's the Job?** + Manage case dockets and update public access websites as documents are filed with the court. + Respond to telephonic and email creditor inquiries regarding case status, claim deadlines, solicitation, voting procedures, and disbursements. + Perform internet research for creditor noticing information. + Assist with mailings including compilation of service lists and preparing affidavits of service. + Work closely with the Restructuring team to ensure all client needs are met in a timely fashion. **What's Needed?** + Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook. + EXCEL EXPERIENCE IS A MUST. + One to two years of related office experience (legal, paralegal, finance, or accounting) is a plus but not required. + Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university. + Solid attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills. + Ability to quickly learn and navigate proprietary software and applications. **What's in it for me?** + Temp to hire opportunity + Opportunity for promotion within one year with potential salary growth + Work in a dynamic and supportive environment. + Gain valuable experience in corporate restructuring. + Flexible remote work arrangement.
