Your New Role

As an HVAC Field Supervisor for the HVAC Service Department, you’ll be based out in Manhattan, NY , and serve as a frontline leader in the field. You’ll:

• Oversee a team of field technicians working on central air, VRF/VRV systems, and gas furnaces

• Plan manpower and support scheduling to ensure excellence in service delivery

• Lead escalated service calls and assist with complex troubleshooting

• Review incomplete tickets and close the loop on service performance

• Mentor and coach technicians through hands-on support and structured performance reviews

• Uphold company standards on safety, policy, and technical quality

• Manage after-hours coverage and participate in the on-call rotation

• 8–10+ years of HVAC experience in field service (central air, VRV/VRF, gas furnaces)

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in HVAC service

• Universal EPA 608 certification

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

• Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and leadership skills

• Familiarity with HVAC schematics and service software (ServiceTitan a plus)
