Job Description
Description We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in McLean, Virginia. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to manage the full cycle of recruitment, ensuring that challenging positions are filled with exceptional candidates. This is a long-term contract opportunity for someone who is meticulous and thrives on sourcing top talent and creating innovative hiring strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Develop and implement creative strategies to identify and attract top talent for hard-to-fill positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and ensure alignment throughout the recruitment process.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems to maintain organized records and track candidate progress.
- Conduct in-depth interviews with candidates to assess their skills and compatibility with the company culture.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates with relevant experience for current and future hiring needs.
- Analyze market trends and recruitment metrics to optimize hiring strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and company policies during the recruitment process.
- Maintain strong, attentive relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to key stakeholders. Requirements - Minimum of 6 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
- Proven ability to source and recruit for challenging and specialized positions.
- Strong proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and implement innovative recruiting strategies.
- Knowledge of corporate recruitment practices and compliance requirements.
- Experience conducting interviews and assessing candidate qualifications.
