Job Title: Global Medical Affairs Project Manager
Type: Embedded/Contract
Location:  Raritan, NJ (must be commutable and able to come onsite 2-3 days a week)

Leading Pharmaceutical Company located in NJ is hiring a Global Medical Affairs Project Manager w/ 3+ years industry experience. If you want to be a part of this groundbreaking work, please apply! 

The Project Manager will support several initiatives including project managing a couple large meetings.

1. Act as project manager across 1-3 different projects. All will have some element of technology associated with it.
   1. Maintain status tracker of each assigned project and ensure tasks are being completed per timelines
   2. Partner with other team members, HCC as needed to get input/support as necessary
   3. Craft communications related to the project which could include surveys or related to change management
   4. Help facilitate meetings, take notes and manage follow-ups
   5. Use Sharepoint and Teams to collaborate and manage/share documents
2. Participate as a lead role and project manager to execute at least two offsite meetings:
   1. Facilitate kick-off and ongoing meetings with the project planning team
   2. Maintain a run sheet to track project team tasks and progress
   3. Assist in execution of various tasks as project team member
   4. Work closely with the team of administrative assistants and external vendor to manage meeting logistics, catering, communications, hotel accommodations etc…
   5. Assist with contracting with other vendors/venues that will be utilized during the meeting
   6. Assist with coordination of any external speakers that may attend including contracting for any speaker fees
   7. Help draft newsletter(s) communicating results of the meeting or any follow ups
