We're hiring Entry-Level Event & Promotions Assistants to support our nonprofit outreach campaigns through face-to-face events , community engagement , and live promotions .

🎯 Position Overview

As an Event & Promotions Assistant , you’ll be on the front lines of our outreach campaigns—helping coordinate and execute local events that raise awareness for meaningful causes. You’ll manage logistics, engage with the public, and represent some of the nation’s most impactful nonprofit organizations.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup, execution, and breakdown at various promotional and community locations

• Manage and maintain branded signage, displays, and outreach materials

• Support the coordination of retail-based promotions and local outreach initiatives

• Represent nonprofit campaigns through friendly, face-to-face engagement

• Ensure each event is welcoming, professional, and impactful

• Gather and report data from outreach events to help improve future campaigns

• Help train and onboard new team members as the team continues to grow
