Job Title:Customer Solutions Associate

Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Customer Solutions Associateto join our client’s team and support the accurate processing of account data and customer requests. This role involves working with internal systems to manage quotes, verify account details, and ensure compliance with established guidelines. The position is based in Wayne, PAand offers a hybrid schedule(three days onsite, two days remote). This is a temporary opportunitystarting February 2nd, ideal for detail-oriented professionals with strong communication and analytical skills.

Compensation:
$20.00 per hour

Work Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• Training: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Post-training: Availability until 8:00 PM required (typically 1–2 late shifts per week on remote days)

Key Responsibilities of the Customer Solutions Associate:

• Review and process account data for accurate entry into rating systems
• Research property locations, prior coverage, and loss history using internal tools and online resources
• Communicate with brokers, agencies, and internal teams via phone and email to resolve inquiries
• Prepare quotes, update account information, and issue new business within authority limits
• Assist with special projects and monthly reporting as needed

Qualifications and Skills for the Customer Solutions Associate:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to analyze data and apply guidelines accurately
• Previous experience in insurance, underwriting, or customer service preferred
