💼 Position Overview

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) , you’ll be the first point of contact at community events, fundraising campaigns, and nonprofit outreach initiatives . This entry-level role is ideal for individuals who are people-focused, purpose-driven , and excited to grow in a cause-oriented environment.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Represent nonprofit clients at live community outreach and fundraising events

• Engage with donors, community members, and the public in a professional, warm manner

• Educate the public about active nonprofit campaigns and advocate for positive change

• Build long-term relationships with supporters to increase donor retention

• Work collaboratively with teammates to ensure event success and campaign visibility

• Uphold professionalism, empathy, and integrity in every interaction
