**Overview**
**Job Summary Details:**
The Shuttle Driver provides shuttle bus services for employees and vendors at a major airport owned by a leading transportation, e-commerce, and logistics company. This position offers on-the-job training specific to the role. **However, please note that we are not a CDL training facility and cannot provide CDL certification.**

**Basic Qualifications:**
+ **Must have a valid CDL Class B or Class A with Passenger Endorsement - this is required to be considered.**
+ Must be 21 years or older.
+ No diploma or degree required (High School, GED, or College).
+ 0-1 year of commercial driving experience is acceptable.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on your vehicle to ensure safety.
+ Provide reliable transportation between designated pick-up and drop-off locations.
+ Safely load and unload passengers, offering assistance when needed.
+ Communicate clearly and professionally over airport- and FCC-regulated radio channels.
+ Maintain a clean and organized driver area.
+ Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain professionalism at all times while on ABM and client property.
+ Follow emergency and evacuation procedures if needed.
+ Report any incidents, issues, or claims to your dispatcher or supervisor right away.
+ Practice safe and defensive driving at all times.
+ Follow all DOT, Indiana Traffic, Client, and ABM laws, rules, and regulations.
