Location Description:

Gracie’s, our elegant restaurant serves brunch and afternoon tea, and signature cocktails made with a mid-century modern flair at the Driftwood Room. 

Overview:

• Demonstrate your ability to be a team player.
• Set up and clear tables, stock all service stations and assist servers with table service to ensure total guest satisfaction.
• Quickly clear dirty table settings and prepare table for resetting.
• Promptly and consistently reset all service-ware as prescribed.
• Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment including silverware, linen and condiments.
• Transport all dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area for proper cleaning.
• Demonstrate Superior Team Work Skills- this position interfaces with many different members of the team.

Qualifications:

· High School Diploma or GED required.

· One year of restaurant experience is recommended but not required

· Must be able to communicate clearly with guests, customers, supervisor and fellow employees

· Must be able to work a flexible shift schedule to include weekdays, weekends, AM, PM, split shifts, and holidays. This is a night time intensive position working primarily dinner shift hours.
