Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA): Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families affected by autism spectrum disorder (ASD)? OnPoint is looking for a dedicated BCBA to provide top-quality Autism and Family Support Services in line with Michigan Medicaid behavioral health treatment requirements. In this role, you'll deliver evidence-based interventions that ensure children and families receive the medically necessary services they deserve. As a BCBA, you'll also play a key part in strengthening our agency and community by offering ongoing training and consultation based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). PAY RANGE/BENEFIT PACKAGE:  

Salary: starting at $63, 885.71 up to $88,162.29 annually - placement above minimum salary is based on experience.

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Master’s degree in relevant field with appropriate licensure required. 

  • BCBA Certification required. 

  • Michigan Licensed Behavior Analyst required. 

  • Must currently be in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) and Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA) required. 

  • Knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorders and their impact on families is required.  

  • At least 3 years of experience in a variety of settings working with individuals with ASD and their families, including home, school, and other community-based settings required. 

  • Experience working with adults living with an I/DD, including implementation of behavior support plans preferred. 

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Provide Family Support and Training to clients with Autism and other behavior disorders. 

  • Provide behavioral support by attending Behavior Treatment Committee meetings, writing and implementing Behavior Plans and other assessments 

  • Provide ongoing behavioral consultation with agency staff as assigned or appropriate based on current caseload 

  • Oversee the review and approval of Provider ABA Intervention Plans. Ensure timely communication to providers on plans.  

  • Plan, oversee and facilitate family training groups 

  • Plan, oversee and facilitate social skills groups for youth with autism as appropriate 

  • Provide consultation and resources to parent peer groups as requested 

  • Document services according to established standards. 

  • Participate in utilization management and quality improvement processes. 

  • Actively engage in supervision and team meetings. 

  • Engage in internal and external care coordination efforts, including interdisciplinary team meetings. 

  • Perform other duties as assigned. 

EQUIPMENT/TECHNOLOGY KNOWLEDGE:  

  • Efficient in Microsoft Word and Excel 

  • Efficient in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) 

POSITIONS TO BE FILLED:  

  • One full time position (40 hours/week)
