Job Description

Mission Recruiting represents a well-established Bay Area civil litigation defense firm with offices in Walnut Creek and San Francisco . This is a growth hire on a close-knit litigation team handling complex personal injury and wrongful death matters, with real responsibility and meaningful courtroom exposure. This role is built for someone who lives in the Bay Area  with the ability to be on-site for hearings, depositions, and inspections when needed.

What you will do

You will run point on active matters and work directly with experienced trial lawyers on cases headed toward mediation, dispositive motions, and trial. The practice includes catastrophic injury, premises and products liability, landlord-tenant disputes, and real estate and construction litigation. The position requires making in-person court appearances in the Bay Area as needed.

Compensation and bonus

• Salary range is $100,000 to $200,000 (based on role alignment and market factors), plus a billed-hour bonus structure.
