What does a great Enterprise Agile Coach do?

  • You will facilitate a transformation across teams and product groups
  • You will coach leadership team members in the culture and mindset needed for a successful agile transformation at scale
  • You will communicate and collaborate with technology and product leadership and will be an expert collaborator, capable of managing multiple initiatives at a time with a high degree of independence

Basic Qualifications For Consideration

  • Deep expertise using and coaching agile methods with small and medium teams
  • Ability to operate autonomously
  • Embrace servant leadership
  • Drive for continuous learning
  • Ability to demonstrate emotional intelligence and integrity
  • Expert in both oral and written communication
  • Influential leader able to facilitate discussions between cross-functional teams and enable them to discover solutions to complex problems
  • Experience mentoring and coaching individuals
  • You will have 10+ years of experience working with agile methods (Scrum, Lean, XP) in multiple organizations
  • Ambitious spirit and high desire to work with a creative team
  • Creative, upbeat, passionate, and flexible
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the financial services industry is helpful
  • Previous experience in a leadership role
  • Accomplished in remote team facilitation and engagement
  • Active participant in the Agile/Lean community
  • 4-year degree from an accredited university or applicable work experience
